Our story begins in Joseph, Oregon, and follows one farmer’s potato crop from ground to gnocchi. Nostrana is an award winning Portland restaurant, that focuses on creating lovingly authentic Italian food made from local honest ingredients.

Doe Donuts is a 100% vegan doughnut shot in Southeast Portland, Oregon specializing in heartfelt and refreshing flavor combinations. For this seasonal favorite, we followed the apples for their Butterscotch Apple Fritter from Oregon Heritage Farms to the display case.

 

huneeus vintners: quintessa

Rebeka Wineberg, winemaker at Quintessa taught us about their 2015 vintage at Quintessa’s Rutherford, California vineyard. Quintessa is part of the Huneeus Vintners wine family.

Since 2012, Nostrana has hosted the Maialata at Montinore Estate. Partnering with their Oregon friends who are chefs, purveyors and makers who come together to create an experience normally reserved for farmers, butchers and Italian villagers.
